Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Minimum age requirement 18 years old
- Flexible schedule with availability for 20-25 hours per week, including mandatory work days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Preference for availability spread across multiple days.
Responsibilities
- Process payments and assist with financial transactions
- Handle printing and mailing of documents
- Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival, offering beverages or snacks as needed
- Utilize social media platforms effectively if proficient in social media management
- Monitor and respond to office text messages
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
- Support office staff with various daily tasks and projects
- Assist with running errands as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads
- Take detailed messages and relay information accurately
- Schedule appointments for the office team
